EVFleet is designed to work without account creation and without collecting personal data through the calculators themselves. This policy explains the limited technical information involved when you use the site.

1. Controller information
EVFleet publishes informational modelling tools for fleet electrification planning. No user account is required to use the calculators. If you have a privacy question, use the contact form on this page.
2. What data the calculators process
The calculators process operational inputs such as fleet size, mileage, energy prices, charger power, and analysis period. These values are entered by you and processed locally in the browser through client-side JavaScript.
EVFleet does not request names, employee records, vehicle registration details, or payment information in order to run the tools.
3. Cookies and local storage
The site uses a small local browser storage entry to remember whether you accepted the cookie banner. This entry stores a simple preference value and is not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.

4. Analytics and tracking
EVFleet does not rely on behavioural advertising scripts within the calculators. If anonymous technical logs are used at the hosting layer for security or uptime monitoring, those logs are handled by the hosting provider under its own retention controls.

Where technical processing is required to deliver the website, the legal basis is legitimate interest in operating a secure informational service. Where you accept the cookie banner, that preference is stored so the site can function as expected on later visits.
6. Data retention
Calculator inputs are not intentionally stored by EVFleet. Any values visible in the browser remain under the control of the user unless manually copied into another document or internal system.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, restriction, objection, or erasure relating to personal data. Because EVFleet does not operate user accounts for the calculators, most ordinary usage does not create a persistent personal data record at the site level.
8. Third-party services
Google Fonts and Unsplash images may be requested by your browser when pages load. These providers may process technical information such as IP address and browser metadata to deliver content.
